I agree that google translate is bad, but in your example, the wrong translation comes from a french mistake, it should be 'livrée', and not 'livré', if you try to translate that, the negation is kept ;) ...

And I cannot speak/write latin, so I will not post here again  ;D (Hopefully I can read & understand some sentences, as it's quite close to French =p ).

Goplat: Latin is far, far worse for Google Translate.
Take, for example, the pair of sentences
Quote from: Latin
haec feci quia poteram
Quote from: English
I did these things because I could
These mean the same thing. Asking Google Translate to take Latin to English gives this:
Quote
I could have done, because these things
And from the original English to Latin:
Quote
feci haec quod potui
Which translates correctly back to English (though it originally had "propter" for "quod", which is wrong grammatically.)
So, using it to understand Latin fails, and you need some knowledge of Latin to get it to work in the other direction.

Quisquamne hic est qui Latine scribere possit?

Oh. That would explain the misunderstandings :P
If you'll tell me how much you know (grammar, mainly), then I can try to restrict my speech.
For reference, I was asking what book you were learning from.

If I translated correctly:
- I understand now. You said you have been in NCJCL. Will you be there next year? "
Ita.

rectus es.
Itaque mox consilium quo congredi poterimus capiemus :) ("congredi" is the present infinitive of "congredior", a deponent verb which means, at least in this case, "meet")
