DJ_O can you make such a theme yourself? isn't that like a loooot of coding?
It depends how much is involved. In some cases, maybe only some minor CSS changes might be required. The problem arises when we can't fit everything in. Note also that it's not guaranteed that I work on such theme, although I might do a low bandwidth theme regardless.
