Pencil animation software. Help Please

So I am trying to make an animation of a line moves, but I can't get it to look like what I want. The first attachment is what I want, the second is what I'm getting. Does anyone know how to use this software and is willing to help me try and figure out why I can't get this right?

is it an actionscript?
If it's just a animation, can I see the .fla file?
