My US history teacher is going to have a field day with this tomorrow...
Also people in the class, half of them are obsessed with whatever the latest FPS is (cod/halo/whatever) and this is a lot like those games apparently...small group of people going in by helicopter and kill the bad guy in a dramatic firefight :P

I am glad they got him, assuming they caught the right person, not a similar looking one.

DJ, apparently they tested his DNA against his sister's (who is also dead) and they seemed to be siblings, so presumably it's the man himself.

Unfortunately Obama did not reveal the true methods used to bring Osama to justice. Luckily I have them here ;)

1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development)
2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development)
3. Create a partial Java virtual machine  for the Prizm (not started)
4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase)
5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress)
6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started)
7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

He was the mastermind behind an attack that killed almost 3,000 Americans, that's why they're excited.

I do agree, though, I would have rather seen him stand trial.

He did terrible things. Many people hate him deeply. Laughter is an expression of joy. People don't laugh necessarily because they think it is funny, per se, but they laugh because it's a release of all the stress. Yes, it is immoral that Osama Bil Laden was killed, but that could be argued against as well. I apologize if you feel offended by other people laughing at this incident, but it's a really big thing for many, many people. I, personally, am neither laughing nor jumping for joy. Though, I am not mourning this occasion either. I am happy, though not because he is now dead. I am relieved that the whole fiasco is finally over. No laughter. No cheers. No jokes. Just a sigh of relief.
