wow, does almost everyone have a folder called ti stuff?  that's ridiculous.  (it would of course be filled with all the files from ticalc)
Mine is called "random shit" :P I got a few other folders but my main one is that. It's a mess, though...

TI-84 - Most of the TI-84 files and stuff r here
TI Dutch - ti-nspire tns files i got from some website... (wait i recently put it inside TI folder)

The school doesn't give us permissions to delete the default icons of installed apps, and since I don't use 99.8% of them, I stack them on top of the recycle bin :P

If you'd really like to hide them, u can get Stardock Fences free... it allows u to hide all icons with a double click, and you can make some show permanently

By the way, where's your Start menu? ???

Yup, just makes it easier to find stuff on my desktop. All alphabetical too ;) My start menu is set to animate up and down when my cursor goes down there (that's what the little, barely noticeable, blue bar is).

Ah ok I see :P

As for Mac OS X dock, I loved it, but the Windows implementations of it sucks IMHO. It's friggin annoying when browsing websites because it always gets in your way. X.x

Not really. But I don't know. I mean it's still the exact same XP start menu bar but it is just hidden. Or are you talking about how it animates up and down?
