Use Firefox instead of Chrome and CyanogenMod SMS instead of hangouts. Other than that, looks good. Oh, and get rid of Touchwiz. :P

I like Chrome's syncing feature (and I just don't like Firefox :P). Can't get rid of touchwiz because locked boot loader! Yay! :|

That's your prerogative :)

There are ways around locked bootloaders, but means you will have to void your warranty. I personally don't have a warranty on my phones and I just buy them straight from google, but not everybody is me.
