Yeah I prefer having it in numerical value so it's easier to see how low it is very quickly. :P Android only shows the graphical icon to the right by default.

You can actually change the battery icon somewhere in the options to be numerical in Android 4.4, and the circle animation is pretty cool, so I guess you can uninstall that app.

(I assume your interface is in French so here we go: Paramètres > Interface > Barre d'état > Afficher le pourcentage de la batterie. Also, Affichage du niveau de la batterie > Cercle. Note that your mileage may vary.)

The waves on this wallpaper makes me wish I could have an animated wallpaper on my Windows 7 machine. Back in the Windows XP days, it was still possible to have animated wallpapers. :P

You can try Dreamscene, but I didnt have much luck when i used it.
