3 months ago my record was way over three minutes. :P
That's where I am right now. I had to stop the timer when it went beyond 2 minutes when I saw I was far from finishing the cube to avoid being too ashamed of myself lol.
But soon enough my times will be good enough for me to call you Sweetwalker.
* Hayleia runs

More seriously, I don't think I'll ever make good times. That would defeat the purpose of killing boredom (that is not useful to kill boredom for only 10 seconds) and I don't have a good memory anyway so I won't be able to learn efficient algorithms.

Well, when I cube I always do a lot of solves in a row, that kills boredom efficiently and you don't get bored of it too quick. ;)

So I just ordered myself a Dayan Zhanchi (black diy kit) and a Shengshou 4*4*4 v5 from TheCubicle. Along with Mary lube and a syringe. :D

and a syringe. :D
You know, you can get faster without using drugs.
* Hayleia runs

Anyway, glad to hear it.
May I ask you how much you paid your Zhanchi ? I got mine for 28€ and I sense it was a bit expensive (but I couldn't do with another way, I wanted to get it in a shop, not on the internet).

$14 for the Zhanchi, $31 total + $13 for shipping (yeah that's expensive, shipping companies are always like that, especially international shipping).

Oh, and :
and a syringe. :D

Got my new stuff like a week ago. The Zhanchi's pretty epic. And I already solved the 4*4*4 one twice (figured out most of it by myself, and I'm learning Chris Hardwick's method for the rest, ie fixing the corners/edges after the 3*3*3 solve).

Edit : Never try to open up your Shengshou 4*4. Now I understand why this thing doesn't come as a diy kit. <_< Better not loosen tensions too much either because if it pops you'll spend 15 minutes trying to put it back together.
