hm. Wallpaper changer can go down to changing wp every 1 minute. I wouldn't recommend it, though. It needs 3-5 secs to align and resize the pic, calculating the best bg color and filtering
Or maybe I just use the most processing power-consuming algorithms.

I wouldn't be able to concentrate if my wallpaper was changing constantly. :gah:
It'd also takes some time (maybe not much, but still), so instead of focusing on building my C project or something, it'd be working on changing the background as well. Maybe I would like it though, I haven't tried it.
