If you have not seen the movie Serenity, you gotta go see it. :ru13z:
You will not be disappointed. In my opinion, this is the best movie of the year (so far). It is a sci-fi flick with a good story, a lot of action, clean but violent, touch of the Matrix, little bit of love, and best of all... funny. Did I mention that it was sci-fi? %)
I believe I did.
If you have seen it, what did you think about it? :

It did not have a very wide release. In the USA, it opened in about 2300 screens. In comparison, Shrek 2 opened in about 4100 screens.
Anyway... If it is playing in your town or city, go see it. Great movie!

I agree with the Ranman, Serenity is definitely a worthy scifi movie to go see
And it explains itself nicely enough for those that have never seen Firefly to not miss out on any of the plot
Go See It!!!

EXCELLENT movie, just saw it tonight. Best movie I've seen this year, and one of the best scifi movies I've ever seen.

*nods*
I actually got to see an unfinished version of the movie at a prescreening way back in June. It was awesome then, and it was awesome now. Go see it, then if you haven't already, pick up (or at least rent) the DVDs for Firefly.

I told you so!
I need to go see it again %)
Do you think it is worth renting the Firefly series on DVD?

Will it ever be in Germany's cinemas? I haven't heard of it, too.
