Title: Short Films
Post by: shmibs on October 09, 2010, 12:07:43 am: i particularly enjoy short films as a media because of the at a glance insight they can give into humanity. when compressed into a short time period, things tend to stand out much more clearly. here is one very good example:

or even better, Jim Henson's The Cube (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6203080879952576646#docid=-6558319185960754556)(although some people may classify it as a full length film)

a wonderful place to look, if you're interested in this type of thing, is VODO (http://vodo.net/)(although i can't vouch for everything there...)

anyone else have favourites?

My friends and I had to make one for our Short Fiction class last year though that was based off the short-story The Necklace.

I LOVE Wallace and Gromit. I saw all of the first three, but I unfortunately do not remember the fourth one either.
