Sick Gecko

My gecko has been getting really bad. She stopped eating about 3 weeks ago(at least that I noticed) has recently gotten really lazy, to the point that she won't even get active until you pick her up, walks around with her eyes closed, and is really thin.
Yesterday she started getting better, but then today I thought she had died, because she was not responding at all. after about 5 minutes, I got her to respond, but she just sits there. I am really worried. I have sand, a UV lamp, and a regular 75 watt lightbulb(I usually only use this when it gets cold). She is in a 10 gallon glass tank. Her house has a heat rock(not plugged in for about 6 months, she just likes laying on it) a half-coconut(shade) a shaded house thing that she usually sleeps in, water, crickets, and wax worms.
I took a photo of her earlier,

I am really worried about her, and I don't think she is going to last the night. Does anyone have any ideas, besides to change the sand, which I will do as soon as I can?
Thanks,
-- Nathan Ladwig

Err, take her to the vet? Sorry I can't help, but I'm pretty sure none of us calculator nerds know how to nurse geckos...

Sorry dude, no knowledge about fixing geckos...
Edit:
Do not edit my posts in the future. If I find out who did that, I will ban that person... <.<
Edit:
it was me(netham45)
I found it offensive to me to poke fun at my sick animal, and I edited it out. I was asking for help, not for people to crack jokes at the situation.

My sister's hamster got like that - it kept it's eyes closed, wasn't eating properly, and was being lazy. Part of the problem is that something was wrong with its eyes, and puss or whatever was getting built up and there and keepings its eyelids glued together, which was kind of nasty (so we would clean it out, but then it would start to build up again)..... Anyway, it ended up dying soon after.
I hope your gecko gets better and doesn't end up dying like my sister's hamster (I had a hamster too, and it was really healthy, but it died a bit sooner than my sister's because I think it choked on something or ate something it wasn't supposed to eat
).

I would seriously go to the vet and have the thing checked out. You can then see what it would take to get the thing better.
