good question
It makes clear why games (GTA4 the most in my case
) lag so much when you play them online
since computers have to sync downloading(pretty good), uploading (epic crap), and calculating (not bad) at the same time

I think it's because it's all about the download, and not the upload...we are suppose to have a higher one, but for some reason we don't...

I know when uploading stuff your internet takes ages to respond sometimes (pages not loading or stuff like that), so maybe that's why upload is usually considerably lower, but it still cause problems in big games when someone got like 500 kbps upload

I'm out of internet capacity, so now I have the speed, camparable to Inbel. Here you go
Good thing my PC is fast, on my old PC it took ages to load a page, now it's done on a second or 2
What CAN you doe with this speed? Runescape, MSN, IRC, random surfing at normal sites, even MOHAA Online if there arent too much players
What CANT you do? youtube, surfing at huge sites, surfing at sites with much Java-applets, play GTA4 :p, download enything (except for TI-files wich are most of the time not a Meg big :d
