Hi,

I was just wondering how many people here enjoy flight sims and which ones. So I posted this.

I own:

MS FS 2002
YSFlight (with MANY realism packs)
FlightGear (too slow for my liking)
GE flight (online)

I've also done the in-browser thing, but whenever I used in a browser that wasn't IE it would crash (paradoxic, i know)

experiencing the same thing. also, I was expecting you to be first to post since I saw your sig.

and I now have GEarth up

I don't like how touchy google earths controls are...

I'm in the in-browser thing right now...
It seems more stable in FF6
Hasn't crashed as of yet.
Scratch that, it just smached, freezing up the entire browser for about a full minute before a warning popped up saying unresponsive script :\

It keeps lagging tho..kind of distracting

Google Earth FTW! I used it with a joystick one time and it was pretty sweet.

maybe the newer versions aren't so bad... I still have GE2. :S I Don't use it too often.

I don't own any, but I've played different versions of MS flight simulator, and Ace combat a bit as well.

I haven't had many problems with the Google Earth one, tho it's easier to use the one that isn't the jet. (the jet's a lot more touchy with the controls)

I actually had some fun with that one, putting the pin thingies around, labeling nearby runways (including but not limited to my high school's field and street

)

I actually got a road removed from google maps/earth

I don't need GPS devices telling people to use my driveway as a public road. (It goes through to the street behind, but it is private property and often has lots of boards with nails, potholes which would only get worse, etc.)
