Yeah, it is actually. I mean wtf is that having two 12 hour periods in which the ends are in the middle of the day or the middle of the night. It would make the most sense to rotate a clock face 90 degrees so 6:00 am was now 12:00. Actually am and pm don't make sense either. We should go 0 to 23 and have 0:00 be where 6:00am is now. The whole system is effed up.

In Quebec province we have the -23 hour system

In most forgien countries they do the 24 hour basis, where we "Americans" do so on the 12 hour basis >.<
