Mine is pretty odd. In 6th grade I decided to start a project (I was bored) in which I would write fake newspaper columns about whatever. I never really did anything with the idea (except use it as a base for a project I did for my gifted class once), but I liked the name of the fake newspaper, which was Binder News. I chose that because I would have been writing all the information in a binder, and it just sounded cool. So I kept the name, and use it a lot.

Termination Instructions.  ;)  (err... yeah, I pulled that outta nowhere...)

anyway, Yunhua is my name and on one of the first sites I registered on, my user was yunhua9876543210 because it said I had to use numbers but then the next one had acharacter limit of 8, so I used yunhua98, and stuck with that.  ;)

I dunno, I go by Zeda, but on forums and such I use Xeda because I like the letter X. :D

And we all know TI stands for Total Idiocracy

Oh jeez, one letter difference...

Anywho, on another coincidental note, it was only a few weeks after I started going by the name of Zeda that I learned about the Riemann Zeta function... So that is nice

mine originally came in 2004 when i created a hotmail account, i thought i was a genius at the time (like at school) so i put my initials with genius and 01 to create my username i have used in many places. Its getting old really. i have been experimenting with other user names and i did find one Jonius until i realised that there is a user here called Jonimus, it would get too confusing. so right now its jhgenius01, not that i am still exactly a 'genius'

You thought you were a genius for successfully creating an Hotmail account? O.O

j/k, although to be honest, it is rather hard to create/edit an account there, and I'm not joking (it's by Micro$oft, after all). It's almost as bad as the now defunct Caramail, which told you Incorrect Password even when typing it right half of the time.

Btw there was another Jason Ho guy on ticalc.org back in 2001 or so who made a bunch of programs. O.O (such as http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/168/16892.html)

i was in a story written by a classmate, in which i took the role of a dog. since i have latin at school i translated "wild dog" into latin, and shortened it (ferox = wild canus = dog so aka ferocanus) but later i realized i liked ferox more, but mostly its already in use :(
