For a while it always reminded me of the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey team. :P (probably because of their record, plus I'm not a big fan of them, although I don't dislike them as much as a few other teams ;D)

In-troducing the latest in the world famous "What is" line of topics, here comes "What is your name?"!
Here, you post the story of how you picked your Omnimaga name and what it means. I'll start.

My name is an ancestor of the current word "Friday". I chose it because I refer to myself as Friday in my programs and program-related material, but I've found out that "Friday" is frequently already taken online, so I just sign up as Freyaday.

See? Fun! Now It's your turn.
In other news, Frey continues kicking unprecedented levels of ass.

wow, I always thought squid|get|x had to do with a BASIC game where you're a squid and you have to get the "X".  :P

my name is "my first name" + "randInt(10,100)".  :P

although i didn't use randInt initially.  :P

only letter names aren't appealing to me.  :P

Mine was not from spiderman actually. I was sitting down in a depressed mood when I just thought of some random words and I liked how Venom sounded as a username. Actually I usually use iVenom instead.

Juju. Considering my real name is Julien, that's kinda easy to figure out.

Actually, XBox LIVE came up with my username. When I first got LIVE, I couldn't think of a gamertag, so I started putting in obviously taken gamertags and sifted through the suggestions. One of them was BlakPilar, and the other was FreeformDeer (which my cousin took). Ever since then, I've used BlakPilar for a lot of things, like my YouTube, Last.FM, and my AIM. (I also have a Zune tag of BlakPilar, but my main one is phillyphil0130*).

Spoiler For *:
It's a long story, but my nickname at school (and out of it with almost all of my female friends) is Phil, even though my name is Rich and my full name does not contain a "P" at all.

EDIT: No, I do not live near Philadelphia :P

Well, for my SOAR (gifted) class in 7th grade, we had to come up with a clever way to disseminate information to my classmates, or something like that. I can't remember exactly what the assignment was. Anyways, I thought of the idea of having a newspaper that students could stick in the front of their binders (you know, the ones with the clear plastic covers), and read as they were going to class, or in class. That's how I came up with the name of Binder News.
