Monitor Searching.

I am looking to upgrade my acer 23" monitor for a nicer monitor. I need help finding a (NICE) monitor that has these specifications:

- LED backlit (important)
- S/H IPS (this is what im mainly looking at)
- under or at $300 (very important)
- 23" or bigger
