Intel Ivy Bridge Release
« on: April 15, 2012, 11:33:09 pm »
I know it isn't revolutionary, but I thought I'd mention this. Intel's Ivy Bridge 22 nm cpu is coming out, officially released on April 23rd. It will be lga 1155, and its selling point is that it will run usb 3.0 native, pcie 3.0, and can run ddr3 ram at 2800+ mhz. Just throwing this out there.

I'm not very familiar with that stuff sadly, but that sounds quite good. I will probably keep that in mind if I ever need to replace my mobo or decide to build a computer. (Although I have no plan to do so in long terms)
