Come on Keoni, how much did you pay for it. Flea market? Looks a bit oldish, but who cares when it works, especially if it was a 'goed koop'. :)

This pc was a gift and I just put in some extra ram I had lying around (got that for about €1) and my old gfx card. The snes<>printer port adapter was made out of scrap parts. My television was €12, but I already had that. The lcd came with a €10 Pc deal I got two years ago.

The great thing about it is that it's just a pin converter. You can plug in a regular snes controller! I want to move it to the front panel of the pc so you can swap out controllers more easily. I got two snes arcade sticks that also work with this. I have not installed MAME yet, but I will do this tomorrow.

You should mount it into an arcade booth, that would be pretty cool.

Don't have space for that though :( It sits next to my shelves where I have my consoles set up.

I can add a NES controller port to it, but it seems a bit pointless to me since the SNES controller has enough buttons. I have a NES, SNES, GBA and Atari2600 emulator on the pc already.

I prefer playing NES games with an NES controller because of the more retro-feela nd not too many buttons

This is awesome, and the super nes controller adapter is a nice touch. The Media PC we have in the living room is set up to do emulation as well. I have a Super NES and NES usb controller for it (though they are copies). They are a bit lighter weight than the originals, but they do the job quite decently. I also have an old usb to N64 adapter, so I can use actual N64 controllers.

Added: C64 emulator and hooked up my real 1541 diskdrive via an XM1541 cable. It plugs into the parallel port though. I kind of want to get a pc with 3 parallel ports :P
