I've managed to get it running now, with a bit of help from jim and alberthrocks. :)
However, I need some more help... I used the Software Manager to install Wine and TiLP, but now I have no idea where to find them. They don't seem to show up in the main menu.

The TILP packages are old... You'd better uninstall them and compile libti*/gfm/tilp yourself using http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_tilp/download/install_tilp.sh (after installing build dependencies and configuring environment variables appropriately, as written in the script) :)
If you want to run the program without having to be root (`sudo tilp`), you need to set things up as described in the CONFIG file. The script reminds you about that.
