I don't know, there's quite a developer community already forming around it, including developers like Mojang. The kickstarter was actually announced yesterday, I learned, so I don't think the hardware is set in stone just yet. Beyond that, they're not really looking towards competing with modern consoles, but allowing developers to create games for consoles easier, without having to purchase licenses and SDK's.QuoteAlso note that games are tied to the store and can ONLY be sold through thereSince any software could be deployed from the computer, there could be alternate online services that could distribute games. Also, all games are "Free to Play" as they put it, games may either offer a free demo, or entirely be free with additional content one could purchase.
1GB of ram I really hope they increase that. How do you aquire games for it? Via the internet or on disks/cartridges in stores?
