it would be funny if there was a lottery that was an internet parody called the game, and when losing, it said you lost the game and when winning, depending of the result, you could get stuff such as epic win or the like

dammit ... but

based on local rules for THEGAME i know 3 people that have "won" the game

(local rules are you say "you won the game" then for 1 hour after that if you dont relise it you win (nigh impossible due to every one after saying i won the game to say dammit i lose the game X>x

Really would love for some big time political figure to go on international TV and just announce that they lost the game.
