because that would mean it was running the windows kernel, which is an abomination of mankind. No, seriously it has some MAJOR problems. NT kernel (NT4 thru win 7) was better than the 1.0-win 98 set tho.

BTW windows could run wine through cygwin :P

Why don't people run Wine in cygwin?
