They really oughta make one about Quebec province, especially school system and some other managements. They would need to use the Olympic Stadium as a reference for sure (Like how it was supposed to cost a few hundred million dollars then finally costed almost $2 billions in the end, paid with a cigarette tax during 30 years). Stuff like the Olympic Stadium are common here due to shitty management. As for Canada there's the whole language issue as well
