Nah I think this was made up. Back in the days some BASIC games that uses ASM libs tried to mimic error messages, such as the famous ERR:SHUTDOWN 1:Fix from FFTOM series, which I also included in Zelda DLQ, but the divide by zero one was just a photoshop.
I would've have used paint :P

Now if this ran a 83+ ROM, you should try Reuben Quest Axe Remake on it to see how good it looks like. :P
