I have a TI 84 plus and a completely destroyed normal calc (non-graphic). It was required for school, but I found out how to write little programmes in basic. I made a quite complex programme that solves the abc-formule (ax2+bx+c) My second big programme was a game written in basic. It was called Earth Defender. I made this game for the pc as an entry for a game contest. Some crappy programme's followed. I was quite dissappointed about the speed of the games I made. Then I discovered axe :w00t:
Some of you have probably seen my first axe game:TI jump.

Maybe I'll buy a Nspire cas. Maybe not :)

I make pc games using gamemaker. My latest game is Tipover3D. I work alone, so almost everything in the game is made by me:

I like recommending 68k calcs. I have two 89's and they are just awesome! Currently I still program in basic.

Uh, let me correct you: abc-formule solver should be quadratic solver. they are great and very loved (search ticalc for quadratic solver)
Welcome here, more dutch people!

EDIT: Wow tipover = cool. I know that game from shops lol

Why is the 89 better than the 84+? Because it has a bigger screen?

I didn't say it was better than the ti 84, but it probably is. :)
I was actually talking about that buying maybe a 89 instead of an nspire. :)
But not so many people on this forum own one, and more programs or programmed for the z80 calcs.
The 68k calcs have a bigger screen and can some great programs(for example: super mario 68K!)(not ti-basic).
I just like this calc verrrrrry much.

Hey Keoni29, you are from the Netherlands ? Have you got the app that translate your calc into your language ?
I own: 83+ ; 84+SE ; 76.fr ; CX CAS ; Prizm ; 84+CSE
Sorry if I answer with something that seems unrelated, English is not my primary language and I might not have understood well. Sorry if I make English mistakes too.

Ah ok. For me, the app that put the calc in French is quite useful but somewhere, I agree with you because for example, when a tutorial tells you to "GarbageCollect", it is hard to guess that it means "ReorganiserMem". I also have Dansk, Deutsch, Español and Polski, for those who are looking for it.

Yeah, in dutch it is "Rommel [line break] Ruim Op?" Which is totally off.

The more stupid command translation is "getkey": it becomes "codetouch(". Yeah. "codetouch("

But me I have a parenthesis after. in Axe, "getkey(0)" becomes "codetouch((0)"
In Basic, "getkey->K" becomes "codetouch(->K"
