A ninja approaches...
« on: February 06, 2011, 08:30:13 pm »
Hello, my fellow Omnimagans! I'm an invisible ninja. I know a bit of TI-BASIC, some Axe and a little Assembly, as well as C++ and PHP. I haven't been programming calculators for very long, and I'm quite busy during the week (so don't expect very quick progress on my projects).

You should also watch this.

Oh, and I like the text for :hyper:. It made me lose the game.
Ninja vs. Chuck Norris == n/0. Both end with the world blowing up.

"We could use up two eternities in learning all that is to be learned about our own world and the thousands of nations that have arisen and flourished and vanished from it. Mathematics alone would occupy me eight million years."
-Mark Twain

What if they're allergic to peanuts?
Don't worry, I'm not. I'm just asking.

What if they're allergic to peanuts?
Don't worry, as far as I can tell, no one's allergic to virtual peanuts. :)
However, lobsters are a real threat! :D

Welcome to Omnimaga!  What kinds of projects are you working on now?
My website: Currently boring.

Projects:
Axe Interpreter
   > Core: Done
   > Memory: Need write code to add constants.
   > Graphics: Rewritten.  Needs to integrate sprites with constants.
   > IO: GetKey done.  Need to add mostly homescreen IO stuff.
Croquette:
   > Stomping bugs
   > Internet version: On hold until I can make my website less boring/broken.

First: No, I'm not really dead.
Second: Yeah, any cool projects going on?
Third: If you are good at C++, you might want to check out this topic as I would like some help (post there, or PM me)

ohullo
as far as i can tell, the purpose of peanuts is to act as a default reaction to new arrivals so that we can amuse you without having to think up anything creative to say.
on that note, here are some others :P

I thought that was Deep Thought? ???

Anyway welcome here. I hope you enjoy your stay. :)

(Shmibs, to clarify, this is some sort of local meme that got started in early 2006, after Spellshaper told a new member "Welcome here, and don't forget to grab peanuts at the forum entrance!". Afterward it turned into a peanut bag distribution, which occured in pretty much every intro topic. Even the Omnimaga 6 months downtime in 2008 did not kill that tradition. ;D)

* Binder News is recovering from the lobster attack when he sees Deep Thought coming at him
Oh crap...
But Netham45 is a lobster, while DT is a mass murderer, there is a slight difference. :)
