Plus even if it's just calcs stuff, calc programming can help you in programming later anyway. A lot of calc programmers eventually becomes computer programmers. Otherwise, it can help you venture into different stuff. Programming also help you continuing practicing maths. The annoying part is when programs got bugs x.x

On top of that, Omnimaga has a music section so if you create music with instruments or softwares, or even are in a band, you can share such stuff too.

And then, there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth.

I'm actually really into music, and ive got some programs where I can mix my stuff but Im not really into sharing it at all :P I mostly just do it cause I love it, and I've wanted to start a band FOREVER but all my friends who would love to and share my music intrests live an hour away or more so it doesn't really work out too well lol. Haha, and don't get those hopes too high Raylin :P

Well, since a lot of us are into indie/unsigned/free music (the reason being that at least it doesn't have to follow the charts standards like commercial music), we tend to like different stuff more. I even managed to get people who never listened to dance music into the genre by making them listening to music from TIMGUL. They dislike mainstream dance music but love the stuff there because it's different in general. It doesn't follow the music industry rules, it just uses freedom of expression. It's up to you if you want to share your music or not, though :)

(that reminds me, I haven't done a song in a long while. I shoudl try to do a lil something at one point...)

Exactly, thats what music is about. Losing yourself and pouring your heart into it :)
