The profile image is hosted on gravatar, i guess SMF auto-detected a gravatar account there ;)

Did you create your Omni account by logging in into Facebook/steam/Twitter/etc? That's possible since March and it automatically copies your Facebook pic to your avatar as well as a link to your Facebook profile (both of which you can change after signing up)
