Greetings, Humans!
« on: February 07, 2013, 09:17:45 pm »
How are you all?
I'm new here (hence this post in the first place).

I suppose I should introduce myself.  I love math, computers, and science.

Today I received my TI-Nspire CX CAS calculator, as my previous TI 83 broke.
I look forward to learning how to program it.

Currently I am learning C++, though I'm still pretty much a beginner with it.

What do you guys like to do?

Hello!

I'm Spyro543!

I like to build random electronics stuff, mainly with PIC processors. I know C (only for PICs), C++, Python, BASIC, and GML.

EDIT: Here's another free bag of peanuts:

Hi!
C++ should come in handy if you want to program c with ndless

I'd offer you a bag of peanuts, but you've got enough
I'd offer you a bag of potatoes, but I save those for anniversaries

Yes, 11 bags of peanuts should be enough to last a while.
I just installed ndless today, I'll experiment with it more tomorrow.
I also want to get the hang of TI-BASIC and maybe Lua as well.

I remember when I was like 10 or 11 I would play this online game called ROBLOX, which had in-game Lua scripting support.  I've tried to learn it then, but of course never got past the most basic stuff :p

Welcome !
I mainly code for the 83+/84+ series in Axe/ASM, but I know Basic, too.
I know a couple computer languages even though I didn't get in any project. :P
Also, have a few more peanuts :

And a lil' video :D

Have fun with Ndless. Just be careful to not have the teacher take your calc away due to playing instead of listening, though. :P Also I hope you stick around Omnimaga for a while :D

Heh, I loved roblox when I was ~11 as well. I learned some Lua, but none of my scripts ever worked right :P

I forgot any Lua I knew, and now I program C for nspire cx :D
It's nice to have some more people join the ndless community :)

Hi pimathbrainiac, sorry but I already have a nerd friend that knows Java :P

Though having a multitude of nerd friends is, I suppose, better than less.
