« on: August 04, 2010, 08:07:29 pm »
Hello guys! I just found this site today after discovering Axe and the portal game.

Im about to start up school again, so naturally im getting back into using (and programming) my TI84+.

I usually use BASIC but im learning to use Axe.

Looks like a great community!

Heya and welcome here :)

Soon you will realize that 99% of the time we use a TI calculator we use it for gaming ;D

j/k not that much but you get the idea :P

I wish you good luck with your TI-BASIC and/or Axe development. I hope you enjoy your stay here too :)

Haha thanks! I love gaming on my calc as well. It helps me get through boring math lessons 8) . Ill probably be accessing the forums from my phone for the most part, but the RSS feed is great since opera mini 4.2 has a built in RSS reader. At the moment im making a basic+xLib shell called MindOS which does absolutely nothing (lol) and ive made a couple of dumb text/menu based games.

Aaah ok. Sadly we do not have a forum theme that matches phone resolution, though. There's a way on SMF to access the site from a lighter format, fitting phone resolution, but I do not have the URL with me right now. The RSS feed can be handy too. I should make those more visible somewhere on the site, one day.

I thought that was solving quadratic equations or making a program to do it for us. :P
