Well, its been a while since I have been in the TI community since innovation and new projects have been at a low point; however, this I feel should be changing within the next few years as programing in general is becoming more of a public interest. So fill me in on what has happened in the last year or two in the TI community in general.
Thanks

Hi, I remember you from the old boards then later I think you joined UTI then I left there. I am happy you are still into calculator programming.
As for what happened, unfortunately there isn't much release-wise, due to last years events, but next year seems promising because there are a lot of amazing projects in the works such as F-Zero, Gameboy emulator, a better Mario and some amazing looking BASIC RPGs and I just got back into calc programming myself lately, altough there are chances that after my next RPG release I might switch to Casio FX-9860G. Still unsure about that, though. I've been venturing into the Casio community to see how it is. Fortunately it seems there's only one place at trouble there and it only involves about 4 members, two of which are rarely active anymore and only active at that place
Omnimaga reopened after many request in late August 2008. It isn't as active as it used to be for obvious reasons, but for some reasons it still remained the 2nd most active TI forum. I was unsure at first, but I think it might be the large amount of projects that are still active here and the support in overall towards others projects (which, unfortunately, will most likely go down soon due to finals and summer :<)
The site is pretty much the same in overall, minus some downloads that are still missing and all the 55000 posts from prior 2008 and I lost all contact info from all members who didn't registered on this board but were members of the old one (which is the reason why no one got contacted about the revival of the site)

i think that is a religous objection.
Not to eat pork... No Bacon it is like going through life without... ... being able to see the color green.

Nah, religion doesn't exist on Omnimaga. As soon as you type omnimaga.org and press enter and the site appears, religion vanish from existence until you switch to another tab/window
(I think MSR5 could see this 2 years ago when he complained about the Christmas forum skin

this is nothing. Before you ever created an account on an Omnimaga forum, we managed to turn a TI-89 RPG news article into a religion thread. The news article was the 2nd most commented on in Omnimaga history (after Door CS 6)
