Hello World
« on: February 23, 2011, 02:49:15 am »
Hello, I am ralphdspam.  I purchased my first TI-84 in september 2010.
Since then I have been learning BASIC and Axe, and failing in ASM.

I am happy to be here and participate in your discussions. :)

Heya and welcome on the forums. I am glad you like it here. I hope you stay around for a while. Btw before you started posting I really thought you were a spambot because of the "spam" part of your nickname. :P

Also here are some peanuts. :D

List of stuff I need to do before September:
1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development)
2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development)
3. Create a partial Java virtual machine  for the Prizm (not started)
4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase)
5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress)
6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started)
7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

lol, I actually started adding "spam" to my usernames so that other people could send me spam (instead of my main account).  It is my real account for Omnimaga, though.

You probably also thought I was a spambot because I kept on answering the question wrong.
I actually answered "4 lol".

Reason three: I like eating spam. :)

Lol XD, but yeah it would not have helped either if your first posts were short, off-topic and cryptic. But your first posts were pretty fine so I was convinced you were a real member. That's unless spambots were trained to be experienced with calc stuff, though, then we could say Ashbad and Scout are bots. O.O

But if I turned my calc into a spambot, then wouldn't it know a lot about calc stuff.  :P

Lol, I think my first post was complaining that the trusound program didn't work on my computer. :P

I wonder how hard it would be to create a spambot in Axe... Mwahahahahaha!!!  no, jk

Well the problem with axe is that your access to ports is very limited which could prevent you from connecting to the internet. But if I wrote a spambot in asm...

! You know what would be really cool?!?! If you could hook a calc up to gCn and have it parse codes from the chat !! like you could do @BASIC Disp "HELLO and the calc could parse it and output the result !
