I'm currently working on a qr/ar code generator in TI-Basic for the Pokedex 3d app on the 3DS, and I can post what I have done if anyone wants to see/use it.
Wow, that's exactly what I've been needing for a while. It's nice to see that someone is working on it. :P

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!

If you want JosJuice, I can post it somewhere now, the only things left to do are better GUI and add more names.
Only a small window of what the program can create can be used at the moment, due to only the Unova Pokedex being inlcuded.  Once Nintendo updates the Pokedex to have the National Dex, it should be able to create ar codes for the National dex O0
