Not the marijuana legalization, but pretty much... I think that what you do is your business... I may not agree with what you do, but I won't stop you from things that are not seen as ethically wrong.
It depends on what is meant by conservative. I tend to be conservative in that I favor small government and minimalistic government spending. However I am pro same sex marriage and I wouldn't care if marijuana was legalized. Abortion is a bit more difficult subject, as there are many different things to consider. I am also an atheist, so I suppose I could be described as an atheist who is politically conservative. However, my political views don't necessarily fall on one side or the other, so I guess you could say they are mixed (as I think many people are). I don't necessarily think atheistic religion and conservative political view are an odd combination, as long as you ignore the religious aspect that many seem to attach to being conservative. Politics is largely that, and while some may say they are x or y religion, many I'm sure are casually religious and just use the affiliation in accordance with how they think it will best benefit their political standing. Not the marijuana legalization, but pretty much... What's your definition of ethically wrong? And what do you think about politicians whose source of ethics come from religious ideas and push for things like pro-life and illegalization of samesex marriage because of religious doctrine? Sorry if I seem like I'm giving you the third degree here and also hijacking the thread, but I've never met an atheistic conservative lol (I live in a pretty blue state)
Also, those peanuts are raw I think...so you can boil them OR roast them! Win-win
I'm not very good with mathLol.
I'm not very good with math
Or her brain XDI'm not very good with math
Was Xeda account hacked?? O.O
(Hint: don't debate me on Politics or Religion a ton, and you'll be my friend!)
So, what are your political and religious views? ;) Just curious, I won't argue with you (and I hope no one else will), but if you feel comfortable I'm kinda interested in what your views are now that you've said not to debate with you on it hehe.
Religion: Atheist
Political: Conservative
That's an interesting combination. So as an atheist, are you socially conservative as well, or more like a libertarian (fiscally/governmentally conservative, but pro gay rights/choice/marijuana legalization)?

BTW... ethically wrong is like true crimes: vandalism and upIt’s nice that you didn’t start debating about politics or religion.

That said, I guess you were not that bad after all, because look at how few downvotes you got since you joined (19). For some people, over 30% of their votes are downvotes. (http://img.ourl.ca/dryrainbow.gif)Some spambots have 0/-328 votes, lol :D

Oh yes, C is way better than C++. Even Linus agrees. I'm not going against OOP, just against the C++ language.Shouldn't you quote?
Oop has it's advantages but only in massive projects such as games. I don't really see the point in other cases. And it's not like you can't use structs as pseudo objects. :PI somehow did some OOP in OIRC and it was VERY helpful :) Then again, OIRC is, with server side, prolly like 5-10k lines
Shouldn't you quote?
I don't say oop is bad. I say it's only efficient in large projects.ok, i'm thinking oirc is like my largest project :P
Streetwalrus, is an OS considered a "large project" that OOP would be good for? A lot of people think C++ isn't good for an OS, that C is better. No because an OS is a bunch of components interacting together, so a bunch of small projects. Only oop would make the use of C++ legit IMO. But there is a twist : if a particular component requires it then it can be written in another language. Because they are all distinct it's not a problem.
