True. There are some exceptions like some former TIMGUL members. Most of that site was between 30 and 50 years old). On TI-Freakware there was Ranman too.

I think a generation of TI coder is about 3 years approximately. For example, in 2006, barely anyone who were around when I joined in 2003 were still active. By 2009, barely anyone I met in 2006 were active anymore either and if you compare the new Omnimaga forum with the old one, since 2010 began, barely anyone from the old board remain.

What years would those be?  It seems to me that most coders are between 15 and 18, so would that be 10th to 12th grade (in the US)? :)

The old OMnimaga forums were around from May 12th 2005 to Jan 1st 2008 (night) and the temp board from Jan 6th 2008 to March 3rd 2008. Most of the Omni member base kinda renewed itself in late 2005 and more people joined in late 2006, altough some old members left and the new ones didn't remain active for long. On the new board some old board members remained but only for half a year or something.
