Official KnightOS nightlies
« on: May 20, 2014, 02:00:40 pm »
I recently started to contribute to Knight OS, and we need more non dev contributiors to do testing. So I set up a nice buildbot which will make new builds every time changes are uploaded to Github.
It is hosted on Sorunome's server (this thing is starting to get really cranked with all Juju's stuff :P).

Yeah, the Nginx proxy to avoid using port 80 (this runs on 8080) is hosted by SirCmpwn though.

Couldn't you just get Travis CI hooked up to the Github repo? That integrates with Github a bit better IIRC.

How are you coding this? I'd love to help, but I am only familiar in pure BASIC, so no ASM stuff for me :(

Well, KOS is asm. :P So you can't really help in any other way than testing.
By the way the automatic build trigger seems broken. I'll force a new one manually for now.

Edit : Fixed on my side, now we have to wait until SirC applies the fix on GitHub.

Yeah, I figured :/
That's fine, I can always test the CSE stuff.

Update : the hooks has finally been fixed. Now any change to the repo will trigger a new build as expected.

The buildbot now updates the API reference on the official website. :D
