Hi honchell12, welcome to Omnimaga What do you mean by "lua script tool"? If you're looking for a Lua to TNS converter (TNS being the filetype of an Nspire document), there are a few converters listed here.

cypressx1: there's Lua for Windows at http://code.google.com/p/luaforwindows/, and most Linux distros should offer a package in their repositories (or you could even build from source).
