Happy Pi Day
« on: March 14, 2011, 07:01:13 am »
Today is quite possibly one of the greatest holidays of the year... Pi Day!!!!!!!

I wish everyone here on Omnimaga has a great Pi Day!!

Does anyone's school do anything special for Pi Day, or do you do anything on your own?  As for me, my mom bought a pi(e) yesterday to celebrate with! :)  Sadly, I don't think my school will be doing anything. :(

Happy Pi-day everyone.
No, we do never something special on pi-day. :(
But I don't mind so much.
Btw: I Belgium we put the day first, then only the month: 14 / 03/ 2011 .
So actually Belgians can't have a Pi-day because there are only 12 month and not 14. :(

My school lets you vote for a math teacher in the upcoming days (10 cents) and they get Pied in the face during a quick assembly.  All of the proceeds go to the math club.
