You can only ask 2 questions D:
You can only ask two questions but can ask them to each person once. What questions do you ask how would you ask them?
I thought it meant that you could only ask 2 questions, but you could ask each question to each of the guards. If you can only ask 2 questions, then it's a lot tougher.

If the first guy you ask is a liar, he will say that yes, he will kill you if you ask him a tricky question (he will be lying).  But you will also get the same response if the first guard is the one who kills people.  If the answer is yes, all you know is that the guard you just talked to is not the guard who tells the truth (but doesn't kill people), you still don't know where the liar is or where the guy is that kills people

Actually, by asking that, you will end up with two yeses and a no. yes (Truth, I will kill you) and yes (Lie, I actually won't kill you), and then there must be a no (Truth, I won't kill you)

The one who says no is one of the two that tells the truth. Thus, ask him what the exit is.

But you can ask them to each guard once :P

So that would actually work as well.

Spoiler For IMPORTANT NEWS!:
Late last night, Quebec was invaded by a group calling themselves, "Omnimaga". Not much is known about these mysterious people except that they all carried calculators of some kind and they all seemed to converge on one house in particular. Experts estimate that the combined power of their fabled calculators is greater than all the worlds super computers put together. The group seems to be holding out in the home of a certain DJ_O, who the Omnimagians claim to be their founder. Such power has put the world at a standstill with everyone waiting to see what the Omnimagians will do...

Wait... This just in, the Omnimagians have sent the UN a list of demands that must be met or else the world will be "submitted to the wrath of Netham45's Lobster Army". Such demands include >9001 crates of peanuts, sacrificial blue lobsters, and a wide assortment of cherry flavored items. With such computing power stored in the hands of such people, we can only hope these demands are met.

In the wake of these events, we can only ask, Why? Why do these people make these demands, what caused them to gather, and what are their future plans...

Nice one...

I heard a similar one a long time ago... it goes like this:

You come to a fork in the road and you need to figure out which way to go. There are two talking birds are at the fork. One bird is a liar, one bird is not. You can only ask one question. What question do you ask?

Answer: If you were lying, which way should I go?

Answer: If you were lying, which way should I go?
Wait - then the liar would give you the right path because he's lying and the truth teller would give you the wrong path. That wouldn't get you anywhere.
Is there something I'm not getting?

That solution seems rather ambiguous. I prefer "Where would the other bird tell me to go?" (and go the opposite way)
Numquam te deseram; numquam te deficiam; numquam circa curram et te desolabo
Numquam te plorare faciam; numquam valedicam; numquam mendacium dicam et te vulnerabo

Ooh, let's make this more interesting! >=D

Okay, there are fours doors (to continue the trend ;P), one leads out, the other three are an endless bath in cherry-flavored flames.  You can ask a total of two questions to any of the four doors, they do not need to be to the same door, and they are NOT chrono-ambiguous, so one CAN depend on the answer of the other.  The doors will always answer with yes or no and the questions can be a maximum of eight words.  One door always lies, one always tells the truth, another tells the truth if it's a weekday (and you have ABSOLUTELY no idea what day it is you've been wandering in this labyrinth for so long) and the last tells the truth only if your question has an odd number of words.  WHAT WILL YOU ASK SO YOU DON'T BECOME A DELICIOUS CHERRY-FLAVORED ROAST?????

Questions I want to ask, but won't work
Spoiler For Spoiler:
Question 1: Is the door I will pick safe? [7]
Because you are smart enough to escape, you will eventually leave unharmed. Pick any door as it will be the correct one. Also, Quantum Suicide.

Question 2: This sentence is false. Is that true? [7]

Door will explode, revealing what is behind it. Again with another door. You now have a 50-50 chance.

4 doors: Well, at least nobody's going to kill you for asking tricky questions. So let's ask them.

1) (Are you lying on this question) XOR (Is the safe door either door 1 or 2)?
2) (Are you lying on this question) XOR (Is the safe door either door 1 or 3)?
