Weird, Camstudio worked for me. But I never could get it to record above 25 fps, even in 320x240 or so. As for Bandicam, is the watermark at the very top/bottom and can the video files open in VirtualDub? Because if that's the case, then you could simply crop the video in there then save again in a software that produces reasonable file sizes (VirtualDub compression is horribly slow, regardless of the codec used, and produces larger sizes than any other softwares it seems).

I was going to suggest cropping the video too.

I forget though, is there a limit to how much you can record with Bandicam?

Yeah, I can crop it without making it too thin. The limit is 10 min of footage, but I can easily just quickly stop and restart the video.

Well YouTube recommends only 10 minutes of footage anyway. We/you would just have to keep track of the time.

Well, I know this is really late, but I have skype, a mic, minecraft, a server (although it's not needed now apparently), and I have ScreenFlow 3, which shoots stuff in 1080p HD without a watermark...

I made people in New Jersey mad when I first started.....basically cause I was stupid and didn't know what was acceptable and what wasn't ( saint winks to Thundermagnet) lol.... Actually kinda like when I joined omni O.O I had negative 5 respect my first hour here lol.... Now its like 79! I guess I catch on fast :) and thanks! I hope I continue to have time and opporunities to play minecraft! It is a lot of fun

It's already "done". It costs 19.95€, but I'm not sure how much that is in dollars.
