That wouldn't make any sense as OS 3.6 is out now.
So wait for ndless 3.6 instead :P

Yes but I think they try to follow the numbering of TI OSes to avoid confusion now. Else people might think that Ndless 3.2 is for OS 3.2, not 3.6.

It will be finished when it is finished. Making this is not an easy task.

Nobody knows that. All you can do is wait until it comes or try and help out yourself if you can :)

It can't really be predicted. Ndless works by exploiting a glitch (or multple glitches) to be able to run 3rd-party assembly code. It's impossible to predict when (and if) such glitches are found. And with TI trying to lock down the Nspire series more and more, it may still take a while? And sadly there is always the chance that TI eventually won and then Ndless will be impossible on all new Nspire models.
My projects
 - The Lost Survivors (Unreal Engine) ACTIVE [GameCommandoSquad main project]
 - Oxo, with single-calc multiplayer and AI (axe) RELEASED (screenshot) (topic)
 - An android version of oxo (java)  ACTIVE
 - A 3D collision detection library (axe) RELEASED! (topic)(screenshot)(more recent screenshot)(screenshot of it being used in a tilemapper)
Spoiler For inactive:
- A first person shooter with a polygon-based 3d engine. (z80, will probably be recoded in axe using GLib) ON HOLD (screenshot)
 - A java MORPG. (pc) DEEP COMA(read more)(screenshot)
 - a minecraft game in axe DEAD (source code available)
 - a 3D racing game (axe) ON HOLD (outdated screenshot of asm version)

The main reason I think is because ndless also opens the way to cheating. Allowing ndless could cause the nspire becoming disallowed on exams and TI would lose a part of their income.

Jup, native code execution on an RTOS means unprotected access to the hardware and therefore the whole system.
If they had a "real" OS such as windows ce or linux on it it would be perfectly doable to implement a very secure system.

It's already happened, and I don't see the calculator being banned from any tests.
