Image Studio 2.3 released

Cullen Sauls have recently updated Image Studio to version 2.3. This version fixes a bug under older Windows systems that threw an exception when writing to the clipboard and some optimizations have been done since the version 2.0. Be sure you download the update.

I also added a new version of xLIB in the archives.
