Continuing on our previous news article, 2010 now just beaten 2007 total activity of 15898 posts. This makes 2010 the second most active year in Omnimaga history, behind 2006 and its 30132 messages.
This month, we also broke the 3 millions requests mark and are currently at 3266607 since August 25th 2008. For 2010, there have been a total of 1383383 hits in 4 months (only 20 times less than Ticalc.org).
And finally, this month was a 6th monthly posting activity increase in a row. With the recent activity decrease by almost half of what we got for most of March and the first half of April, it looks like the increase streak of 6 months is now reaching an end, though. However, from October to April, it was still a 650% increase. This month, there will most likely only be two days not in the 3 digits and 10 were 200 or higher, one of which was over 300. Also, if we compare the first four months of every complete Omnimaga years, this year looks promising, especially that the calculator projects talk is now almost half of the entire board activity (on the old board, it wasn't even 20% of it):
| 2006 | 2007 | 2009 | 2010 |
January | 4025 | 2037 | 847 | 2591 |
February | 2502 | 604 | 1408 | 2614 |
March | 2703 | 1047 | 1064 | 5322 |
April | 4047 | 875 | 822 | 5430 |
TOTAL | 13277 | 4563 | 4141 | 15957 |
And as you can see, this month is also the 3rd time in a row that we break a record for a specific month. All 3 records that were broken were originally set in 2006.
