3 new TI programming tools added

In the TI porogrammingf tools I added 3 programs for BASIC programmers made by Andree Chea. This includes ZBASIC, which pack 18 new functions together, ZSTO, which can store up to 255 pictures easily on the TI-83+ and ZCopy, which can copy a program to another one. Make sure you download them if you are a TI-83+/84+/SE BASIC programmer!
