In every year since it was founded, Planète-Casio has held a major Casio programming contest. This year's contest is now underway with five
Classpad 330 Plus calculators as prizes!
The theme for this year's contest is "the future."
The contest runs from
today (actually yesterday, September 3rd)
through September 30th, and the results are revealed at the end of October. Three winners will be selected by a jury and two by a community vote. Entry programs are to be made for one of the following platforms and languages:
- Graph 100(+) - Casio BASIC
- Graph 35+ USB, Graph 75, Graph 85 (SD), Graph 95 (SD) - Casio BASIC, C/C++, LuaFX
- Casio PRIZM - Casio BASIC, C/C++
To participate, you must have an account on Planète-Casio and post your entry there. You may not use a project that's already announced.
You can find the full rules in the
Planète-Casio topic (in French). The entries themselves can be in either French or English.
Good luck to all the participants!
