The only Omni staff outside US/Canada is Soru. So there is one. :P
Also for the last paragraph, if a high enough post count requirement is set up then it's ok I guess (people with high post counts are generally wiser :P). And if someone abuses it anyway then they could be disabled from requesting news approval.
Oh I really meant a full admin :P (but again since Soru often does work on Omni including the upgrade)

Why does TI hate ndless so much? I'm curious. They support programming for every calc but the nspires.

Because people made tools that allows you to circumvent the teacher mode and cheat on exams and the Nspire happens to be their main calculator line.
