Planète-Casio is starting a new 48 hour Casio Programming Contest.
This one is for the Casio PRIZM and you must use BASIC as programming language. You must make a game or a tool.The chosen theme is
movement. You only have 48 hours (2 days) to create your game or programming tool.
The deadline in GMT-5 is Sunday February 26th 2012 at 5:59 PM and in France time (GMT+1) it is Sunday February 26th 2012 at 11:59 PM. You must submit your program here before that deadline (the most up to date version of your program is the one taken into account)!The program must contain a minimum of 2 colors. Black and white do not count as such. Your program must be in French or English.
The maximal size of the file is 550 Kb. The programs have to be under format g3r or g3m, contained in an archive (zip or rar) if there are many.
This contest is open to everybody, whatever your level or your age, as long as you register on Planète-Casio website and provide an e-mail address.
Any breach in rules will result the disqualification of the participant.
Scoring Criteria:
- Quality of code, programming, bugs: 3 pts
- Originality: 3 pts
- Graphics and presentation: 2 pts
- Gameplay and ergonomics: 2 pts
The game will be tested on Fx-CG 20 with OS version 1.03 (
link).
To win: One Fx-9860gII (Graph 75) provided by PC's sponsor Casio Education.
For shipping costs reasons, the prize will only be shipped within the European Union (Norway, Switzerland and Luxembourg included).
