We are sorry to announce that Bwang, author of Nspire Raycaster and contributor to Ndless testing as a developer, is no longer part of Omnimaga Coders of Tomorrow team. The reason why he was removed from the team was because of inactivity for the past two months. By December, it soon became clear that he either no longer had the time to devote for calculators or he simply lost interest in contributing to the community.
Due to TI-Nspire Raycaster/Floorcaster lack of forum updates, no sub-forum was kept for the project.
We hope to see him return again one day, hopefully reviving some projects he was working on. Otherwise we wish him good luck in his future endeavors.

I never really met Bwang, but yeah I agree, let's hope he returns some day and keeps working. After all, if he was in Omnimaga Team, and had a subforum, he has to be good ;D

Sad to see this happen. :( Bwang was a great contributer to the TI-Nspire community. I hope to seem him return in the future! :)

We'll miss you :(
The raycaster was a great project, its too bad it died before getting that fixed-point conversion.

-
All too well...

Actually the last time I asked him if he planned to be active again in the future in November he told me he had overloads of exams. At the time it was mid-terms. I'm not sure what happened afterward, though.

Agreed. Hopefully, he'll return when things slow down a bit. :D

I hope he comes back soon. :(

That university seems pretty demanding for classes. I think Berkeley (sp?) is similar for that, noticing how busy Quigibo got. THat said, this most likely mean it's a good place. I just hope that it is not preventing him from doing any single thing as hobby, though. It must be bad when you spend your time only on homework, exams, classes, job, sleeping (barely) and eating.

Yeah MIT is pretty renowned where i come from, its like one of the best engineering and programing schools you can go to O.O
-
Nice. On that note I'm curious what does he program besides calcs. Maybe he actually moved into that now.

No idea, i haven't heard from him is a long time :( Hope he's doing well though

Yeah me too. I actually talk to him sometimes on GTalk but he's busy often.
